Luxury fashion house, Kenzo, is the brainchild of Japanese-born fashion designer Kenzo Takada. He opened his first boutique store in Paris in 1970, combining his Japanese heritage with Parisian culture and introducing a collection of incredibly vibrant and eclectic clothing for women. This collection merged fun quirky prints, with bold bright colours and ethnic vibes and, not before long, Kenzo became one of the most sought-after brands within the fashion industry.  

Although Takada retired from his role in 1999, the newly appointed Creative Directors – Humberto Leon and Carol Lim - have continued with Takada’s original vision. They have reclaimed his vibrant verve and their latest collections are incredibly popular with men, women, and children.
